Novella Manor sells online only, from Indore, Madhya Pradesh selling candles & decorative glass to customers across India.

What we sell we have bought. We are not a manufacturer and claim no authorised-dealer status with anyone.

How an order is formed

We accept an order at the point of dispatch rather than at payment . Until dispatch we can still decline for out-of-stock items, mispriced listings or unverifiable details.

If we turn down a paid order, the whole amount comes back.

Descriptions and photographs

Listings are written from supplier information and from the item itself . Photography is of the real product; screen colour varies and measurements are approximate unless we say otherwise. If a description is materially wrong, the return policy covers you.

About the goods we sell

Candles and glassware are hand-finished, so bubbles, seams and small variations in colour or wax surface are characteristics of the process rather than damage. Burn times quoted by a supplier are approximate.

Prices

Every price is in Indian Rupees; delivery appears as its own line at checkout . Prices can change, though never once your order is confirmed. An obvious pricing error means we speak to you before we act on the order.

Using this website

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for the remedies set out in our shipping, return and cancellation policies — so far as Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Except where the law provides otherwise, goods are supplied without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those the manufacturer offers.

Law and jurisdiction

We sell under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
