Orders leave our place in Indore and travel by courier . The figures below are the ones applied at checkout.

What delivery costs

spend ₹999 or more and delivery is on us — smaller orders carry a flat ₹49, applied once to the whole order.

Cash on Delivery carries no handling fee.

Dispatch and delivery times

allow 1–2 business days for us to get a parcel ready and then the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.

Anything confirmed by 3:00 PM IST leaves the same working day.

None of this is a guaranteed date . When something slips, you hear it from us.

Delivery area

All orders ship inside India . There is no international option at checkout.

Coverage is wide but not total — if yours is one, we contact you and refund in full rather than leave the order sitting.

Tracking

Collection triggers a tracking email . Early silence on the tracking page is normal. Write to [email protected] or call +91 8103034365.

If something goes wrong on the way

Film the unboxing. Damage, a wrong item or a shortfall reported inside 48 hours with video is put right at our cost, including the return leg.

When the courier gives up after its attempts, the parcel is returned to us . Confirm a corrected address and we will send it out again; the flat delivery charge is payable on the repeat.
