While the order is still with us

An order that has not gone to the courier can be cancelled at no charge . Our dispatch run closes at 3:00 PM IST, which is the deadline that matters.

After the parcel leaves

Once the courier has collected we cannot recall a parcel . The return route is open for 10 days from delivery.

Refunds on cancelled orders

Money paid by UPI on a cancelled order returns within 5 to 7 working days, which follows the Reserve Bank of India timeline.

Cash on Delivery orders take no money up front; cancelling one leaves nothing outstanding . No cancellation fee is levied either.

If we have to cancel

Now and then the cancellation is ours, whether from damaged stock, courier coverage, or details that do not check out. We tell you why and return every rupee.

We would rather cancel and explain than send something we are not confident in.
