We collect only what an order needs, and this notice says what that is, together with your rights over it.

Data we hold

• Basic technical data your browser sends — IP address, device, pages viewed
• The name and address a parcel is sent to, plus an email and phone number
• Your order history, kept so we can help with earlier purchases

Card and banking details are not part of this at all . UPI runs in your bank’s app and cash is handed to the courier; neither route sends us anything of that kind.

Purpose

To get the parcel to you, deal with what you write in about, run returns, and keep the books the law says we must — we build no advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Who else sees it

Your details reach the courier and our hosting and email suppliers, and stop there, and none may use the data for their own purposes. Anything handed to an authority is handed over because the law requires it.

Glassware is packed to travel, and we log the packing photographs against the order for a short period so a breakage claim can be checked quickly.

How long data stays

Orders and invoices remain on file for the statutory retention period and no longer . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.

Cookies and the basket

The site sets cookies that keep your basket and session working, plus basic analytics on which pages get used . Blocking them in your browser is your call, but checkout stops working.

What you can ask for

Access, correction and erasure are yours to request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), except where retention is legally required Route it through the Grievance Officer below and expect a reply within a reasonable period.

Writing “Grievance” in the subject gets it to the right place faster. The role is held by a member of our team; we acknowledge your complaint and tell you what we are doing about it.

How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS and access to order records is limited to the people who fulfil orders — no system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority.
