Checkout offers UPI and Cash on Delivery . There is no third option.

UPI payments

The UPI route is a QR code at checkout, scanned in your own app . We receive only the payment confirmation, never your banking credentials.

Your order confirms once the payment shows as received . Where a payment goes out but no order appears, the UPI reference number lets us find it.

Paying on delivery

Hand the money to the courier at the door . Have the exact amount to hand, since couriers seldom have change. Cash on Delivery adds no fee, and is unavailable on the few pin codes our couriers exclude.

Methods we cannot take

There is no card processing here at all — no cards, net banking, wallets or EMI — which also means we hold no card data.

What the price includes

Prices show in Indian Rupees and include everything you owe Novella Manor trades below the GST registration threshold and is not GST registered, so That means no GST is added at checkout and no GST invoice can be raised — you get an ordinary sale invoice instead.
